That one moment.

Heavy breathing.

Airflow extremely constricted.

Panic rising.

Eyes growing large.

Sweating.

Body temperature increasing.

My first anxiety attack.

Ever since that moment, everything has been different.

Every aspect of my life has changed. A change that I was not prepared for.
